Layout Owners
Stands for layout owners are free and will have the following facilities available:
- Basic Stand Graphic in Exhibition Hall
- A page for layout description
- A page for a gallery powered by Gallery2 and displayed by Cooliris
- A page for Youtube videos
- A link to the layout website if one exists.
- Event Diary showing when and where the layout can be seen
Preservation Societies and Clubs
Basic stands for Preservation Societies and Clubs are free and will have the following facilities available:
- Basic Stand Graphic in Exhibition Hall
- A page for Society or Club description
- A news page
- A page for a gallery, again powered by Gallery2 and displayed by Cooliris
- A page for Youtube videos
- Featured Layout Page for MRC's
- Appeals page for Preservation Societies
- A link to the society or club website if one exists
The Basic Stand Graphic will be similar to Wyvern Railways in Hall 1.
If you would like a 3D Stand*, as shown in the demonstration video and on the Talyllyn stand these are available free for the first 3 months, then a retrospective fee of £7.50 will be levied and the monthly rental fee thereafter will be £1.50.
Trade Stands
All commercial stands are subject to a rental fee after an initial free trial period. For a limited period the cost of having a trade stand will break down as follows:
- 3 month free trial period which begins when the exhibition goes live.
- After the trial period, a £20 retrospective set up fee will be levied and the monthly rental fee will be £10. All fees are inclusive of VAT @ 15%.
The following facilities will be available:
- 3D Stand*
- A Page describing your shop or company
- One or more special offer pages to exhibition visitors or pages advertising limited runs of rolling stock etc.
- Regular reports on click thru's to your website if one exists.
- A link to your website if one exists.
In all cases, the graphics which represent your stand in the halls can be customised so that they can be easily identified on the site.
In addition it is planned to have the following facilities available during 2010:
- E-commerce system
- Connectivity to existing flickr galleries
- Live Chat/Meeting Room
- Seminar Room
*3D Flybys are available to the first 50 who purchase the 3D Stand option.
Domain Registration, Web Hosting and Design Services

Special Note for Registered Charities
If you are a registered charity, then you will be entitled to a discount equivalent to the current rate of VAT on production of your registered charity number.
